Cristina Nuñez’s self-portrait method is incredibly empowering, because it reconnects individuals with inner resources that frequently find no place in the working environment and boosts their self-esteem. In all our interventions, people were enthusiastic and positively drawn by the experience.

Cristina Nuñez’s self-portrait method allows anybody to produce a work of art intuitively, without any skills in photography.

The creation of one’s own image with Nuñez’s guidance is always successful, since it shows our intimate humanity: no matter what comes out of the picture, we all express inner strength, the innate determination to affirm our existence and accept ourselves as we really are.

Sharing the individual affirmation of the self with the public in an event will reinforce the bonds between people and will give to everybody –even to those who have not taken their picture- the image of the collective identity of that moment, even if temporary.

The video will strongly express the whole group’s charisma and the atmosphere of the event.
